Returns and refunds

If you aren't entirely happy with your purchase or you need to cancel a class for any reason please send an email in the about section of my website with as much information as you can provide so I can address your refund query as quickly as I can. Please allow 3-5 business days for me to process and amend refunds.

In regards to cancelling an art class please cancel with 72 hours remaining before a class to receive a full refund, any later and you will receive a partial refund of 50% of the class price. This is to ensure I can fill a seat and can cover the cost of materials as all materials for the class are provided.

Communications

When you purchase an item from this site you should receive confirmation of your purchase or booking. You may also receive additional emails when your item is in transit. Should you wish to join my class mailing list please send me an email with your details and you will receive information about upcoming classes. You can opt out of this at any time, just let me know.

Shipping

I currently only ship to the United Kingdom. I can provide further afield shipping for private commissions when I have available time to take them. Please email me should you have and questions about private comissions.
